Determine if in 2018 the public policy of gender equality was adopted in the State Social Enterprise Hospital San Rafael de Facatativá (Cundinamarca-Colombia): a life without sexual violence (of which articles 23 and 24 of the chapter V of Law 1719 of 2014) for health care for women between 5 and 15 years of age as a systematic and generalized practice that will contribute to the implementation of actions in prevention, awareness and training in everything related to adequate psychosocial care and in health for women victims of sexual violence. The research was carried out through a descriptive study with a random sample of 101 health workers from the Emergency and Gynecology and Obstetric Services, through a survey that evaluated the application of the health care protocol defined by IPS for this population. As main variables, it is found that health personnel know the criteria for admission to the Emergency Department, provide comprehensive health care and implement mechanisms that upon detecting any flaws in the application of the protocol, provide timely feedback to the IPS Evaluation Committee for taking of preventive or corrective actions. The designed survey can be applied in future scenarios and in any IPS as an instrument for evaluating compliance in the application of the current Gender Equity Public Policy.
